Recruitment of Parent Volunteer

Recruiting 15 parent volunteer (Priority will be given to PTA Volunteers’ Team, the rest of the place will be allocated by lucky drawing).

Please find their duties below:

·    Decorate the venue together

·    Help in different game booths

·    Help in arranging parents entering and leaving

·    Escort the students who are not accompanied by parents to participate in the party

Special Remarks for parent volunteers:

·    Parent volunteers are on duty: 8:15am – 12:00pm (8:15am must arrive at the kindergarten to attend the briefing session)

·    Parent volunteers can participate in their children’s activity section and assist with activities during other sections

Remarks

·    Maximum 1 parent per student to participate in the party. Parents who are unable to join, their children will be escorted by the class teachers or parent volunteers in the party.

·    For students who are participating in the above activity, both student and parent’s RAT result should be captured in a same picture and uploaded to parent app. While parents are entering the kindergarten, they need to meet the requirements of the “Vaccine Pass”, including scanning “Leave Home Safe”, if “red code” and “yellow code” appeared, they will not be allowed to enter the kindergarten and participate in the above activity.

·    If the above activity has to cancel due to whether or any reason of class suspension. It will not be postponed.

All participate students：

8:30am – 12:30pm

²  All participate students must present at school between 8:30am – 9:00am. The tourist bus will depart at 9:15am and is not waiting for anyone who is late.

Due to the change of dismissal time, there will not be school bus return service. Parents should come to the school to pick-up their child at 12:30pm if they have joined the field trip. Please bear with us and wait patiently if the time of return to school is delayed due to heavy traffic.

Student who doesn’t join the field trip：

8:30am – 12:00pm

²  Student who doesn’t join the field trip should enter and leave the school as usual (8:30am – 12:00pm) and being picked-up accordingly.

Remarks

1.     All participate students must be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian. The regular school bus service will be unable to provide to them.

2.     Students who are not attending to the above activity can come to school as usual.
